Green gold

This week on Tuesday my school had some people to come to our school to see if we were good enough for green gold. That day after the bell rung we all headed to class. All of us except for the kids going to t welcome some new students to school. While they were there we made some leaves to go on a wall. we already had some hanging down from a tree and we had to write some stuff about our sustainability and stuff. those were hanging down from a tree while the ones we were doing now were going on the walls.

What we had to do was using the picture we had chosen we would write about it and why we put it in the category. The problem was that I hadn't been there when they did it so I had to team up with someone.

A while passed and I had no partner until Filex came he had been there when they did the pictures so we worked together. We planed for the writing but before we could write the draft the people from the welcoming ceremony came back.

Now that they were back it was time for us to go on a walk to the beginning of the stream in our school Pepeha. After everyone had gone toilet and had there bags with them, sitting on the deck, we started walking.

Ten minutes passed on the road until we got to a farm. A teacher gave us a safety briefing. Directly after we got on the farm we had to cross over a stream. It was our schools pepeha steam when it was small. Lots of people got wet as they crossed over.

When that chaos was over we walked till we got to a nice picnic spot. There we had branebrack for ten minutes until we arrive at the, what we think is the end of our school pepeha river.

On the way back I thought how I was happy we were going back and how I had, had a good time.

To top off the day at the end we scored green gold
